Does Kaplan support mobile devices?
The use of mobile phones, tablets, and browsers other than Chrome will invalidate your CPE credit. These devices and browsers often do not work with our presence manager software, which is required by NASBA to validate your participation. If your device or browser choice stops our presence manager from operating, we cannot provide you CPE credit.

We have partnered with HTML5 Meeting to provide you with the Virtual Classroom experience. For optimal results, use the platform tester to see if your system is fully compatible. Additionally, system requirements are listed below.

How do I fix display problems?
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of your browser. Check with your Tech Support Team to see if they have a version optimized for your web browsing experience.
Make sure your display's screen resolution is set to at least 1024 x 768. For detailed information on how to adjust your computer's display settings, please see the links below.

Helpful Hints for Best Display
- Maximize windows when viewing the course material by left clicking the Maximize button at the top right of the browser window
- Internet Explorer includes a zoom button (bottom right corner) for changing the text size
- Get more screen space by toggling the F11 function key located above the number keys at the top of your keyboard
How do I test my audio system?
Make sure that your systems mute option is not checked and that the overall system volume is at least midway high. For detailed information on how to adjust your computer's audio settings, please see the links below.
Once you have access to your computer's audio settings, connect your browser at any website with audio playback. For example, the playback of a standard television color test calibration.
Where do I go if I am unable to alter my settings?
Please contact your Manager, Administrator or your Information Technology department to ensure that your computer will allow for these recommendations. There could be a security, firewall, or other issue that needs to be addressed internally.
